Aiming to put on 15-20lbs over the next 18-20 weeks.
Not wanting to get "fluffy" but wanting to add quality weight to the scale. I realize it won't all be muscle, but really wanting to put some size on this little guy frame
193 this morning and hoping to get upwards of 210 but stay lean.
Bumped up test and added their primo. Will run this the duration and see the results :headbang:

Really right actually, don't want to take time off so will see how this weekend goes. Wife is working 10 hour shifts today and tomorrow so I have both kiddos!!! Hopefully they will be good and not make my back worse

You know, I've been tracking my poundages used and "ease" of reps, the weight is moving easier! Two weeks ago I had marked down "last three reps tough" and yesterday friggin powered through the last 5 with ease!

MedLab is definitely working on this bag-o-bones :D
A plus, I keep catching my wife staring haha

Gonna get some updated pics tomorrow, bf seems to be holding off from increasing and the scale is moving up. I know it's probably some water, but this is a sign of good gear!
 
Not where I want to be, but I'm getting there!!!

From this morning after walking to dog:
Wife snapped it before I was ready, I'm going to use that as my excuse :D












 
Up 3.5lbs from starting this log and feeling good.
Diet is on point.
Lifts are doing better, poundages are getting lighter through the set
 
So far up 5 lbs and maintaining same bf so I'm happy
Strength is climbing, lifts are becoming easier
Back is finally starting to heal up, so watch out back and legs!!!
