6 weeks out, 274 pounds, my diet

hey guys it is my diet 6 weeks out, lookig really leaner but still have to lost more fat to be on fire, i am on truck and will be ready in 6 weeks for sure. This is how my diet looks now:

1) 8 onz red meat
1 cup brown rice

2) 8 onz red meat
8 onz red potatoes

3) 8 onz fish
8 ona yams

4) 8 onz fish
green salad

5) 8 onz fish
green salad

6) 8 onz fish
green salad

POST workout meal: 8 onz of chiken
1 cup of white rice

arms and calves rutine

i will enjoy my saturday night with that amrs amd calves rutine

1. Standing Barbell Curls - 4 sets 10-12 reps
2. Wide Preacher barbell curl – 4 sets 12 reps
3. Seated DB Curls – 4 sets 12 reps
4. Hammer Curls – 4 sets 12 rep
5. Triceps pull downs - 4 sets 10-12 reps
6. Close grip bench press- 4 sets 10-12 reps
7. Over head skull crashers – 4 sets 10 - 12 reps
8. Seated Calves –- 4 sets 10-12 reps
9. Standing Calves – 4 sets 10 – 12 reps

Plus 90 minuts of cardio....

wow it is 6 weeks out for my next show, it is monday when usually i fell loaded of energy and this monday i not fell like this.... i fell tired but need to get up and do what i need to do..... i eat alredady my 3 food and just get

300 mg dec
100 mg tren ace
100 mg mast
100 mg prop
40 mcgr clen ( second time)
25 mcgr t3 ( second time)

not pain on any shoot, so lets make that prep keep working....
