Melatonin Injections For Pre-Contest

Hey all.

Another question to the masses.

I have been hearing about Melatonin injections for pre-contest color. Not sure if it would be worth the plunge. Not sure where I would get it if I decided to go that route. Just trying to limit any excessive tanning and giving up all the money to keep going to these tanning booths. Thinking it would be more economical to get my hands on some of this stuff. Any words of wisdom, first hand experiences, hook ups? Please point me into the right direction brothers and sisters. Thank you and long live bodybuilding!

I'm fair skinned (Type II). I did 500 mcg daily at first. Now I do 1 mg 1-2 times a week. Works great. You still have to get UV exposure to tan. Start slow to avoid the whole mole/freckle growth thing.

I have been using MT2 pre contest for the last couple of years. It has drastically cut down on time spent in the tanning bed. I do tan easily but still it takes a lot of time in the tanning bed to get as dark as I would like precontest.

I run a vial of 10mg over the course of 3 weeks and I start about 4 weeks out from contest date. After two weeks of MT2 I start tanning. I prefer the stand up booths. After 3-4 sessions in a standard stand up booth (not expensive high pressure beds) I'm as dark as I need to be before I start adding artificial color the days leading up to the show.

The real tan enhances the artificial color IMO.

MT2 Got me the darkest I had ever been I started at 250mcgs ED then bumped it up to 500 mcgs after about a week or 2 I got so dark for a white boy it was ridiculous.

Ive never even seen you with a tan.. Just think if I took MT2, I wouldn't even need a spray.
