That doesn't make sense. It was his second drug offense and he had a gun on him.
Maybe due to overcrowding in the prison and because he’s a non violent offender?
It’s our 2nd amendment right to bear arms.
I don’t see how the fact that Melvin had lean 22’s should be illegal.
He had some great shape to those guns.
Besides the big arms, no it’s not a 2nd amendment right anymore once you’re a convicted felon, which he is... Once convicted of a felony you can’t posses firearms anymore, and even if you’ve never been convicted of a felony, once you’re doing something illegal WITH a firearm it’s considered armed (fill in the blank), not “guy with legal right to own a gun distributing drugs” lol
It was a joke, Brotha.
Yeah, never have a gun if you have illegal drugs in your home.
Even a legally registered firearm will get you 10 years minimum.
I wasn’t sure bro, there are some people who do believe that because we do have the right to bear arms that it applies to everything lol

It doesn't make sense. I wrote off some of the things I saw him saying (as if he was free) on social media. And then the other day, damn if I didn't see what looked like a current photo of him. Back in California! He JUST got sentenced earlier this year I thought. To around 8 years.. idk.
I was so shocked, I looked his name up for the prison in Mississippi or wherever it happened.. and I didn't see his name
