just started doing more inclines latley getting the weight up my self with the rock and knee push up, so my hypothesis is just the angle of pushing up heavy weight coming from the knees to over head is stressin my shoulder and not the actaul incline lift itself, is this what it prob is? i only prefer dumbells and im not about to ask 2 guys to hand em too me every time. any of yall experince this and just stoped doin em, im thinking ill have to just go back to flat, but i was destined to try to bring up some upper chest and im agaist the straight bar.
