Met Ken Shamrock last night

This is just for any UFC fans but met Ken Shamrock last night and I was impressed. The guy has an outstanding physique in my opinion I think he could have been a pretty decent BB if he wanted to he is a lot leaner than he used to be in the WWF which made him actually look bigger.

he was at Scottsdale Fashion Square on a lay over pretty cool guy very approachable.

Ken is actually cutting down to 205 to fight Tito Ortiz in Sept. Look out for that one.

Ken Shamrock is also the NWA (Jeff Jerretts wrestling outfit) champion. I read an article on him saying he benches 500.

Yeah I read his Book into the Lions Den it also says he could bench 250 50 times.

When is the next...

...UFC going to be? And where? I would like to see that one. But only if both fighters get to fight each other unlike the UFC where Tito was supossed to fight Vitor that was major let down.

I met him and his brother frank in Vegas a couple years ago when I lived down there. both were super cool guys. I was impressed with both. also met David "TANK" Abbot. the guys a dick. but still pretty cool.*L*
