Met Mark Dugdale and Don Frye

I got a chance to talk to Mark who is a member here. He says he's working with John Meadows and will be entering the NewYork Pro. I remember when he turned pro and blew away all the competition. We talked training philosophies, which were very similar in many aspects. He goes with a lot of volume and doesn't lift super heavy.

In the other pic, I met one of my favorite fighters, Don Frye. We talked about one of the greatest fights ever, which was when he fought the huge Chinese guy where he landed about 100 power punches in a minute.

Mark was looking thick. I think he was around 230. If only I had his shape. Actually, the other guy in the pic is a good buddy of mine and will be doing some damage on a National level in the next few years. He's got incredible shape also.

Man Don Frye was a fucking awesome fighter, one thing i love about that guy is he can take a good beating to , hard as nails. You look absolutely huge dude, i know you have got some flack from certain people, but you must look like a super hero in real life , i give you credit for filling out such a tall big frame. I notice your arms and delts look significantly rounder and thicker, any secrets you wanna pass this way

Queefer, you are an inspiration to me. We are the same height and my goal is to achieve the same size that you carry. You know as well as I do that arms are a bitch for us tall guys. Im only up to 18" right now. I currently weigh 275 but with pretty high bf. I would need to be about 235 to be lean.
