Ok,
I am on a low carb pre pre-contest diet. A few times a week I eat on of those met-rx bars that have 5 net carbs. What impact will this sugar alchohol that is used in them have on me? Since I am eating every couple of hours and sometimes get busy on calls, etc where I've forgot my food or cant get to it, I stop and pick one of these bars up. Any harm in them??
