i have a couple locsl Dr's that ive been discussing the benefits of Metforim with and would like to be able to show some studies about it that iveseen posted here but can't find.

There seems to be a ton of conflicting info when its just searched normally on the web.

You're going to find there's a lot of clinicians that tend to shy away from Rx'ing metformin to non-diabetic patients. This is due to one very rare side effect, lactic acidosis. The statical analysis is listed as 4.3 cases per 100k. A majority of the population in good health have no concerns with lactic acidosis if they're taking metformin sensibly. This is obviously dose dependant.

There's tons of literature out there on metformin in relationship to anti-aging. It's how it's interpreted, even the brightest of individuals misinterpret clinical data.

I recently got put one Metformin, 500mg morning, 500mg at dinner.

It has helped me alot with controlling the sugar cravings in the middle of the night, that's why my doc put me in it.
