I'm currently cutting, I was originally just aiming for 300g protein/100g fat across 6 meals, while remaining low carb. I'm currently switching it up a little to;
Meal # 1
10 egg whites
half cup oats
half cup blackberrys
41g protein 3.6g fat 29g carbs
Meal # 2
2 Scoops Whey
1 tbsp natural pb
45g protein 12g fat 10g carbs
Meal # 3
6 ounce Chicken
2 cups lettuce
1 tbsp olive oil and vinegar
42g protein 16g fat
Meal # 4
40 grams Whey
1 tbsp natural pb
46g protein 13g fat 10g carbs
Meal # 5
2 tilapia filet
1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup greens
48g protein .5g fat 15g carbs
Meal # 6
10 egg whites
36 protein .6g fat 2.4g carbs
258g Protein
46g Fat
66g Carbs
Would taking the metformin with the high carb meals be effective, or should I just use metformin on carb slip ups or cheat days?
