Metformin - pros vs cons

I've been using fast acting for years. I do have the extended release version coming soon. I haven't experienced any cons. I think it's well worth every single penny and plus it's dirt cheap. If it helps slow down the aging process even better. I haven't had any issues building muscle while using it either.

Other than price why do people run metformin vs berberine? One is a medication one is natural. Have studies or anedoctal reports shown one to be more or less affective than the other? Anyone feel strongly that one is Superior to the other?

I’d say metformin is stronger overall over berberine but that’s just because ones prescribed the other isn’t lol

Metformin has way more good studies to back it up I am sure. And the quality control for amount and purity has to be better for metformin.

I use 500mg metformin pre bed. Just a nice amount to assist things. I don't get any side effects at this dose. Higher doses can upset my stomach. If there are any bodybuilders who have issues with constipation just try 1000-1500mg metformin pre bed
