I have been reeding about metformin for awhile and decided to give it a shot. Bc of my work I eat most of my calories at dinner so I took 500mg before eating. I would always get tired and go to bed. I dont notice anything else. Should I switch it up to 1000mg? I have had blood sugar problems all my life bc it runs in the family so I thought metformin would be a nice supplement to take to help stay lean.
