Start taking your fasted blood glucose, see what it currently is and see how much that dosage of gh brings it up, you make not even need to take metformin as your insulin sensitivity may be great. How many of you guys use metformin?just wanted some input as I’m thinking of adding it into my regimen since I started back taking gh at 4iu Ed
I prefer the extended release , just easier to take with breakfast then dinner.Which is better to use, the regular or sustained release version?
Thank youI prefer the extended release , just easier to take with breakfast then dinner.
Alot of people also have alot less stomach upset with the extended release and doesn't need to be ramped up as gradually to get use to it.
It's WAY WAY cheaper and noticably more effectivefor guys that use this, are there certain brands that are better or is it all the same? generic vs pharma? I've only used berberine before, seems like metformin maybe more bang for the buck.
Out of curiosity, how many people are using it based on baseline fasted BGL or just because they think they need it
Some claim berberine "does the same". I highly doubt this , but has anyone noticed berberine being a similar strength?
I was expecting this answer. Seems like metformin is 10x more effective /cheaper at normal doses vs taking toxic / expensive doses of berberine to even get a slight effect lolOver tried them both on separate occasions and the dose of berberine that it took to do what metformin does as far as lowering BG was pretty high , it gave me indigestion and ended up costing significantly more.
You have to take way less metformin , way less frequent so it is more convenient and cheaper , then it has added benefits that berberine does not.
