ok guys and strong ass or wanna get strong as girls. cross your fingers for us. we are heading into the final day of battle at the office of the owners of the location we are trying to secure. we couldnt get a spot big enough and for the right price in the Buford area so we ended up down around indian trail and lawrencville highway. Huge facility, 24000 sq ft, 200 parking spaces, loading docks and rear of building fenced in so we can keep tires, , sleds etc.... secured. we would still like to expand north a little but for all you show guys, we are in the NPC / Arnolds back yard in ATL!!! come see us for a great presign up discount. flyers will be out first of the year, even if we arent moved in yet...

Damn, You're not going to be in the Buford area!!!! This sucks, I know a number of serious lifters at Bodyplex Buford that were looking forward to this gym opening, my wife and I included.

That place is a HARDCORE bodybuilder/powerlifter haven.
You wont find machines,,saunas or other frills in a place like that.

Exactly!!! There are plenty of U-fits and Planet Fitness gyms that provide all the frills. Metroflex, especially Brian's gym in Arlington, is what a gym should be.
