Micronized Creatine and Glutamine (does it matter?)

Does it matter using Micronized or Not when using Glutamine and Creatine especially when using Insulin? Because in my country the price of Just Creatine Monohydeate without any micronized is so much cheaper.

Micronized creatine is supposed to give you less stomach discomfort but it's the same creatine monohydrate in the end. I'd say save your money and buy the regular creatine monohydrate.

I always just use Micronized Creatine. I’m not sure if it’s any bettter, but I’m kind of OCD

On a side note: I always get a kick out reading the reviews for something like creatine on supplement websites. You have people claiming it cured their injuries, people who supposedly get aggressive of creatine and all kinds of other, impossible effects. It really is hilarious

Now I see there's a guy saying he found creatine ethyl esther to be 'too strong for him' and how he likes monohydrate better. LMAO!

There's literally no scientific evidence of Glutamine doing anything at all, along with all the other amino acids when administered solo except for maybe Carnitine. That's it. If you insist on throwing like 10g of this crap in your intra-shake, be my guest and have fun with your expensive urine, I guess.


As for crea, it works, but just go with whatever is cheapest and try to avoid any of the beefed up formulas as these are pretty much just an excuse to markup the price. I use Kre-Alkayln capsules but only just out of sheer force of habit since that's what I originally started on.
