Middle aged intermittent fasting

Hey all. I've been working out for a while but am still having trouble with fat loss. I've been experimenting with 16 8 intermittant fasting and it seems to help. worked for me. Im 53 its the best way Ive found to get lean. I modify a bit to get in enough protein during the day so a couple small hi protein fat meals during late morning / early afternoon (plus I cant build any muscle training at 6pm and not eating all day) carb backloading after training on trainig days , no carbs on rest days. I dont think its the way to go to be a monster but to look real good with decent size its dooable
