HI,

do you know some ways to make my waist smaller, I have about 9% BD but I can^t loose fat around my waist.
I heard somethink about loosing few inches in one day, some guys said you loose only the water under the skin, anyway, let's here some sugestions, experiences.

9%.. dont forget your wiast area, lower mainly is the last location your bodys going to seek for energy when burning fat... keep the diet going and I assue you that its impossible to be near the 3% range with a gut.

If you can lower your bf from 9% to 5%, I'll bet you lose the 2 inches you are shooting for. You will probably have to lose anywhere from 10-20lbs, depending on how much you currently weigh.

Would be mainly water in only 24hr. I agree with the other guys: get to 4-5% and you won't have much fat down there. You may still have some loose skin, which you can take care of to a certain degree on show day (if you're doing a show - would be kinda silly to use daily, but I guess you could) by smearing on some prep H.

All the things Big A mentioned will work for local fat loss. Pgf-2a supposedly helps, too, but you have to be a serious masochist to use that stuff. Also, if you're doing 'slin injections subq, don't do 'em in your abdominal fat.

Id love to find some Triacana! Is it extinct/unavailable? Anyone PM me please if any word on this!

I was considering some Thimoucase, and mixing in some finely crushed T3. Id assume that the Thimo has a transdermal carrier-ad that the T3 would work locally because of this. But Im also curious as to the amount that may enter the bloodstream. T3 makes me shrink at any doseage! What do you think of this?
