Bro, im in college and live with 5 other collegiate wrestlers and we all are on the same costco bill split 6 ways during the end of the month. Besides the eggs, chicken and beef we have monster size cereal boxes, sour patch kids, chocloate chip cookies, cheese bread and the sort. Makes cutting a tab bit harder lol. BUt i get it done, 3 cheat meals in 7 weeks
This worked for me too. People say sleep through it... whatever ... sometimes you gotta eat something. SF Jello and SF popsicles usually worked, or I'd sometimes put a no carb shake in the freezer mixed with splenda, egg whites and some vanilla flavoring. by the time I woke up it was partially frozen, kind of like soft serve ice cream (in my mind anyway). Got me through the last 6 weeks of prep in last 2 shows and was able to get in 50 - 100 grams of protein while the rest of the world slept.
