This is pretty cool a award named after me - Chris250 Jr.Varsity best lifter award !!
2011 Midwest Iron PowerBash Push/Pull Meet !!!
10 weeks out from the biggest Powerlifting Competition the area has ever seen. Received 10 more registration forms this weekend. It will be capped at 100 lifters. We have top powerlifters in the area confirmed as well as top area bodybuilders making appearances. Just to name drop a few David the "Phenom" Krueger 2010 AAU raw and single play world powerlifting champion. Derrick Weerts 3rd place bench single ply world powerlifting champion. Troy Kemp, one of the top masters bench press in the area. Taylor Ramey teenage SLP world bench press Champion. Adam "Fuzz" Goehl top police and fire powerlifter in the area. Making appearances Doug Pool of Pool's Gym World Powerlifting Champion and an Icon of the sport. TC Roesch of Roeschs Gym powerlifter and bodybuilder Icon in the sport. Brent Uhlig world champion,(possibly competing). Bodybuilders appearing Shane Reis and Ryan Reis top bodybuilders ever to come out of Quincy IL. Chris Genkinger, Chris250 (featured in Musclemag magazine) one of the top Bodybuilders the midwest has ever seen making an appearance putting on a small seminar and flexing out for us.
If you are into Iron it's happening on February 19th 2011. Come to compete and register now or show up to spectate and meet the area's finest.
Also, the Jr. best lifter award is gonna be named the Chris250 jr.varsity best lifter award...This is pretty cool, as the promoter Mike Moore, say's the guys at Midwest Iron club are big fans of mine...(I didnt even know that, I was floored)...He also, asked me to do a seminar and maybe pose a bit...Im hoping to have one of PM supplement sponsor's be able to hand out some freebie's (free whey, bcaa's, energy supps, ect) I have asked for there help on this and Im just waiting on a answer...But, if not either way, I'll be there, so im looking forward to meeting some of the PM guys...
