I'm already doing the EAA, but after seeing this dude yesterday, I wanna see what's up. Tell me what y'all think.
Oh and this guy is 5'10 267. He says he's never sluggish or full feeling.
Daily:
62oz egg whites
600grams carbs (from micronized oats, and rice)
Mixed veggies.
4 tbs avocado oil
4 TN whey ISO shakes.
70grams TN EAA powder. (He took that from me)
