I've always had migraines, but episodes were quite rare, maybe once every 3 months or so.
With age, it's getting more frequent and new triggers are developing.
Nowadays traveling, sleeping late, fried food, snoring, oral steroids, sex pills, change in weather, loud noises or pretty much anything besides being in a quiet room with controlled temperature and eating very healthy could trigger a nasty migraine. I do not get them every day, but probably 3 or 4 a month. Hate taking pain killers but sometimes it's just unbearable.
BP, sugar and lipids are alright.
Anyone else?
