Mike Francois training

Was reading a post by Chris aceto can't remember where he talks about the strongest bodybuilders he's ever seen... if I recall he said that mike was the strongest by far.... anyone know much about his training or seen anything back in his heyday?

I looked him up and he has some of the craziest quads I have ever seen.
His sweep goes from his waist to his knees

im sure his genetics play a big part in his strength, and not just his training, hope u keep that in mind

Michael was one of my all time favorites when i was getting started in the 90's. He was amazing and had really nice round muscle bellies that were full as hell. If he wouldnt have gotten sick i know he would have been a Mr. O winner.

He was very strong and on occasion would train with West Side Barbell along side Louie Simmons.

He was badass had he not gotten sick he definately would have won the Big O one day. Reminds me of Branch Warren when he trains. MM

Its strange because.......well, Mike is a grown man.........you are reading abou this friend saying that he thinks that maybe Mike was the strongest BBer during that era.........you seem to think its because of his workout and you ask if anyone had the workout. If anyone had the workout would they not be as strong as Mike? See how strange that is?

Gee whiz, I wonder if his freaky strength had any correlation to him getting sick. If I remember the story he was 99% dead he was so toxic.
He was an ex-priest, or went through the seminary if I recall. Interesting story. I remember all the press he received very well. He was usually shown doing monster dead lifts.

I go back to the days of reading Bob Hoffman.
