Mike Israetel volume reccomendations

Normal well rounded life = normal physical appearance and bare minimum outcome.

13,000-14,000 is an average day of walking for some people.

I understand the “why”, and I agree with him on more things than disagree…

But if you want to be a full time bodybuilder and achieve outstanding results, “doing some walking” isn’t going to cut it for most people.

I think for most…like getting to the point where you’re the bigger, leaner guy on the beach, the RP methodology will get there. I think that’s the population mike is steering towards.

I do want to know if that Jared feather and charie guy actually train and do the shit they say do in the videos. Because they look pretty damn good. I think JF has his pro card?

I watch all the videos, his humor can be dumb at times, but overall he’s pretty damn entertaining and has some decent info.

If you’re wanting to look for info to help be a competitive BB, I think Justin Harris, Jon Jewett, Hypertrophy coach…csnt remember his real name….are better channels

Every person Mike is talkin to is the semi average dude who is just trying to see their abs at the beach. He is not helping anyone get to 6% bf or compete on the national level.

Also, completely unrelated to this. Mike doing reps on basically ANY EXERCISE is the strangest looking thing ever. Whether it’s his over accentuation of his ROM or just his movement pattern, it just looooks weird. i almost don’t know how to explain it. I could be the only one lol
