U can tell me how look this training style? Workout routine for Example? Thanks
 
From his videos it seems like he does 10 sets of everything till failure lol. I'm sure if you look around you'll find someone that did a routine write up from his YouTube videos.
 
his style is fairly standard......pyramid up in weight to a 1-2 rep max, then every set to failure on the way down in weight. sounds more hardcore than it is.
 
Imo you can't overtrain if you're on enough anabolics and have enough food and rest.

When you truely over tain you will get injured.

This is only true up to a certain age.
 
My wife to be is trying to convince me to get a pygmy goat... I don' know what to do... It snows here in Colorado and you can't house break goat - they'll piss and shit wherever they feel like it... so now I got to build it a small heated dog house thing... and I believe you can over train... if training, nutrition, rest, and recovery are not in balance - fuck, even if you have too much stress flowing though your body you can over train... SO what do you guys think about the goat??? yea or nay???
 
overreaching is much more commen then overtraning, thats what you want to look out for IMO
