Here is my good friend Mike Sheppard deadlifting 8 plates a side (765 lbs.)

He competed in the NPC for the first time last year and took the overall at the Adela Classic.
Mike has made amazing progress in only one year and we are expecting big things this year.
He is currently beginning contest prep.
