Yeah, it is but you won't know how much you need until you get blood work done.

What's the best AI for the offseason that won't kill your sex drive, would an over the counter AI like dim be an ok option here or not worth it?

We know what you mean but do you know what you mean? Do you need an anti-estrogen or an aromatase inhibitor? Aromasin or Arimidex....take your pick - but Aromasin is the best choice.


A low dose of nolva... (which is an anti-estrogen) maybe 10-20mg could work as well.

I agree with most of the others on the aromasin but you definitely need to get the blood-work done to know where your at. I believe too many people rely on the physical sides of high estrogen when sides aren't always apparent. My estrogen was 87 and I had no physical side effects.

some people go to far and wait till its to late when your so dried up and get terrible pumps, then destroy any future chance of major growth
