I am active service and have experience in the past. I was wondering if anyone out ther has any experience with the military testing. Have heard that with all the shit on the news(congress, baseball) that their testing policies were going to widen Any information would help

When I was in they only tested us for rec. drugs.(weed,coke,amps,some pills,etc) Myself and alot of my other bro's always had test and we always passed even when we were juicin. oh and i don't think they test for painkillers either cause the doc or corpsman give em out like candy. cost to much to test for juice so as it stands now the policy is that you have to be command refered for anything out of the norm (cocain,weed,meth) stuff like that. just came back fromt the desert and the stuff was all over, enev a big bust in europe somewhere becuse a supplier was getting juice retured cause the APO guys in NY wouldnrt forward the mail since the sender info was suspect. ( http://www.warprofiteers.com/article.php?id=12526 ) my suggestion is to keep it simple and dont bring to much attention to yourself if you know what i mean. i get asked all the time about using matter of fact i just had a piss test yesterday here at my new unit and the 1SG and CO saw me take off my shirt and they started joking about who they were gonna test for steriods looking at me. hope this helps. by the way i am still a vigin myself the guys here on the board have been able to steer me clear with other things like routines and OTC stuff like superpump to keep me growing so make sure you exhust all this wisdom first

Policy on drug testing has not changed, even with Congress, baseball, etc. CO can order it, but probably not very likely unless you are caught w/ it--then you will just have other issues to deal with.
