milk and orals

a friend of mine told me that taking orals with milk its not good as it lowers theyr absorbtion.
im taking right now my A-50 dose in the morning with my breakfast and it contains milk too.should i be worryed about this?what do u guys think?

I was told by a doctor that taking anything with milk or any dairy products ( yogurt, cheese,etc.) does inhibit absorption somewhat so maybe if you take it about 20 minutes before you eat it might be better. There is a way to test your absorption though so if you want to do it just pm me and I will tell you how, otherwise try taking it before.

just take with grapefruit juice and there will be no question.

Yes, fat is supposed to increase bioavailability of oral hormones. I did a trial by eating 6-8 whole eggs at night and then popping one anadrol and I seemed to get a much better effect. I doubt the 400% figure though.

Regarding the milk, I doubt that decreases oral steroid absorption. I've heard this about mixing milk with antibiotics though.
