Milk as s primary source of protein

I know the milk is free for you and you're broke, but I also did pretty damn well on a diet of white rice and (shitty, inexpensive) eggs when I was absolutely balls to the wall strapped for cash. Very satisfying with salt, pepper, hot sauce and mustard. I was eating not too bad for just a couple bucks a day. Dozen or two eggs a day, plenty of white rice.
And if you wanted to get drop bodyfat relatively easy and save a few pennies in the process, only eat the white rice two days out of the week.

I love learning about health, hormones and anti-aging too. If you were to buy one of Suzanne Somers' books, which one would it be?

Have you read any of Dr. Wright's books? Any recommendations?

Her latest book from this year is the most up to date one and the one I have read so I'd recommend that

I didn't know Dr. Wright wrote any books actually. Perhaps I will check them out

I do recommend Hormone Handbook from Dr. Thierry Hertoghe for sure

Wright has quite a few books, Treasury of Natural Cures is really good and is book on Hormone Restoration is excellent as well; forget the title off the top of my head.

Thanks nothuman. I just checked Suzanne Somers' books, and found her last book: "A New Way to Age: The Most Cutting-Edge Advances in Antiaging".

I also found the Hormone Handbook from Dr. Thierry Hertoghe.

I'll probably end up buying both :) Thanks for the recommendation.

Thanks muscle96ss. I'm going to check out those books too.

Those are the ones. Both great. Enjoy

Agree with the others, there are better cheaper protein sources.
If I was going to use milk I would also only use good quality (grass fed, organic), non homogenised whole milk.
not any of that skim rubbish.

cheapest source of protein has got to be whey

I drink over a gallon of milk per day and have been doing so for over 40 years. I now use Fairlife whole milk. More protein and less carbs.
