How did this guy look? did he look like he knew his shit or did he just look like some pencil necked no legged caved in chest sort of vitamin saleperson? if it is the latter then I think you know the rest of the answer! I once had a two tons of fun lady try to lecture me about my vitamin b6 intake. Here I was standing in front of her about two weeks from a show, fucking ripped and pumped and she was all of 5'2" and prolly weighed 200? I basically told her to go fuck herself!

Lol yah, the guy looked aweful, but sounded knowledgeable. Im glad its a good source of protien b/c I love it. Just get some nasty gas from it.

if you can buy beano, why can't you buy lacto?

If the required enzyme can be supplied for beans, why can't an enzyme be purchased for lactose intolerance?

I can tell this is bull because rice milk has virtually NO protein. I love rice milk but don't drink it for that reason.
