I’m mostly kidding, when it’s fresh it ha s A very creamy sort of sweet taste to it. It changes taste somewhat quickly though and gets kind of yucky tasty much, much faster than pasteurized milk. Most people expect it to be super sour but that happens as time passes. It’s sweet and creamy right away.
