There is also plenty of dead wood from the previous generation, the so-called boomers, that needs to move out of the way! From what I've observed and experienced the average boomer is no less lazy, inefficient, and disloyal than the average millennial.
There are boomers who think because they worked as an employee should work, that they can take up space for years on end working lazily and inefficiently while a millennial with the right credentials and skills is stuck either without a job or advancement. Usually this is done for those European vacations they want to eek out without using money from their savings.
Teaching and healthcare are overwhelmingly saddled with such deadwood.
