Ok, I drink about 3-750ml bottle of San Pellegrino Sparkling water per day.
I prefer it over regular water, I just like the carbonation, and since I don't drink soda, this satisfies my carbonation fix.
my question is, I've read about how carbonation may impede the absorption of calcium, other than that, is it ok to drink this instead of reg. water?
