Just curious what PEDS allow you guys to pretty much keep/hold your muscles/shape? For me i was amazed at how much i can hold using 3iu HGH and 250 test/150dhb . i mean at this point i cant train any harder or eat anymore to really get more out of using higher dosages and even then its not super noticeable lol.

How old are you?
 
It doesn’t take much to hold muscle. A little test and HGH is all you need.

what is the maximum dose you can use that will still allow your health markers to recover
use bio-identical hormones (test, gh, insulin, igf) then, even at fairly high doses, it is possible to maintain really good health parameters

I don't understand this fear of IA ... if you don't use too much to keep e2 normal, you don't have to worry about lipid deterioration etc.
 
You are still young, however after 40 our FGF levels start diminishing, you can use HGH to keep your IGF-1 in good range but you need to keep your FGFs in good range, this FGF growth factors are in charge with health and longevity, by increasing your IGF-1 to good range (normal) definitely will help, but you need the FGF to be in god range also.

Regarding mg -1 mg of test per 1lbs
If you top it up by extra 100-200 mild anabolic or something like ostarine you are covered for sure.

Who come up with the 1mg test per 1 lbs body weight? is not true.
 
Truth for many - including me. Some may need more depend on previous blasts some may need less. This is kinda go to formula if you are not sure. I tried on less and it was not enough.
 
over the years i have heard the following calculations that many mention or have them selves tried

TRT is .5mg per lb of bodyweight usually
Sports/Athletic TRT 1mg per lb of body weight

Elite powerlifters were using total gear in mg that equaled their 3 lift total (mentioned by Dave Tate many times)
IFBB pros were using 10 x their bodyweight in total mg .

again this is roughly of course some use more and less.

Is no scient behind all this theories, usually the problem not gaining size is by not training hard and more frequent and not enough quality food, I am talking about real food no powders.
