Mirror or Scale (which one kicks your ss?)

Right now the scale is kicking my ass. up and down it goes where it lands nobody knows.

I go back and fourth. Seems like some months the mirror is the one kicking my ass and other months it's the scale.

So what's kicking your ass today???

I'm kicking the scales ass after being kicked by the scale for a while. With t3 and diet + cardio, I've dropped about 5 pounds of lard off of my ass these last 3 weeks. I'm moving to the beach, so I have to be looking good by august. And the mirror is a whore at night, and good to me in the mornings, 'cause I be lookin' so pretty lately. Why is that? I look good in the morning and worse at night? I think sylvester stallone said the same thing.
