I am such a loser that I decided to stay home. I get burned out from being around people all day long every day. It's way easier for me to be a good guy if I get some time alone.

It's a 4.5 hour drive one way...I hadn't worked out..we are moving to a new high school and as bad as I wanted to visit my friends and see some of the pros...I stayed home.

However, I did have great back workout. Pulldowns, hammer rows, heavy deads, leg presses and some leg curls. I did text Meredith and she's having fun and taking pictures. Everytime I called her she was laughing or eating.

When I get to meet you and we take some pics I know I will look like your rail thin, anemic cousin.
