Mitigating heart issues, Tbol instead of Var?

My friend is looking to add an oral to TRT. His family has a history of heart failure. Should he avoid Anavar and opt for something such as Tbol instead?

Anybody consider EQ to be too risky in this regard if he were to add and anabolic compound.

I forgot to mention that my friend has taken orals in the past while undertaking regular physicals without any alarming test results.

He seems intent on adding an oral and I want to help him be as safe as possible in doing so.

17aa orals are a bad idea because of their negative effects on lipids.

What about Primo or Masteron?

Primo orals could be an option.

Mast would be a good option. Regretfully he would not be able to afford Primo.
