Mitigating water retention on cycle

please, don't be ridiculous.
only 1% of cases of hyperkalemia end up in hospital and cases of hyperkalemia are very rare and mostly associated with pathologies.
4-8 grams of potassium per day are not many and cannot lead to hyperkalemia especially with a diet rich in water and balanced in sodium.
the same goes for water.
an excess of water leads to hyperhydration and leads to death, but this does not happen with 5 liters a day, we are talking about drinking 20 liters and up.
as far as sodium and side effects I won't even begin.

if you eat fruits and vegetables, (and if you don't do it worse for you) you will already have an excellent amount of potassium. I have never mentioned taking additional potassium supplements on top of your diet, I have only mentioned the total potassium from your diet.

but if you really are so terrified, blood tests will tell you exactly your values.

you inject everything, steroids, orals, take ai, clentbuterol, insulin, gh, sarms (which aren't even approved for human trials), any other drug,....and then you're scared of potassium!?

the message was to have a balanced diet and maintain it in order to understand what was the cause of the water retention. but you focus on an "excess" of potassium!?
killing yourself with a little potassium is so absurd that I won't go any further.

I have given general guidelines to be able to have a saline water balance, for those who want to understand well.

Lots of what we eat like unprocessed meat, potatoes, avocado etc are already high potassium foods. The key is consistency with your intake of these electrolytes so your aldosterone doesn’t try and compensate and make you hold excess. It’ll happen some times if you over or under do your intake, but should fix itself relatively quickly when back on track.
