Mixing Genotropin cartridge help

Ingot some 12mg Genotropin cartridges, but I cannot find to buy the refill pen anywhere. My question is if I can mix the powder with bacteriostatic water instead of the provided liquid, reason why I need 2iu a day, and I cannot mix with just 1ml, as that would give me extremely tiny injections. Or even better, where can I get the refill pen to buy?

I believe it comes with 1.8 cc of water if that helps
