Mk-677 10mg vs 25mg

I noticed lethargy in first 2 weeks but powered through and have not dealt with it since. I've been on now for about 3 months. 25 mg per day. Hunger has also subsided. Just stick it out and your body will normalize.

I took ashwaghanda (an adaptogen) and it seemed to quicken my adjustment period on this cycle.

I took 450 mg 2-3 times a day and I adjusted in like 2 days. It definitely helped. Also I decided to just listen to my body and if/when I felt the lethargy just go to sleep.

What originally interested me in ashwaghanda specifically was the fact it has a normalizing/boosting effect on the thyroid and increases conversion of T4 to T3, which I had read is a cause of HGH lethargy. Although MK is not HGH, I consider its lethargy to feel very similar and different than lethargy from androgens like 1-test and superdrol

Im taking 12.5mg hs and my fingers still tingle from it...been on it 3 months now...getting good effects from this dose personally so see no point in increasing at the moment...see what works best for you though and go with that.
 
I've been using 75mg a day for a couple of weeks now

damn man 75mg. you are going through a bottle every 10 days? i'm wondering if MK is worth the money at that dose, i'd just get on pharma no?

Just a short term experiment....but at the moment i don't see much difference if any
 
I just started 12.5mg mk-677, 3mg melatonin two hours before bed. 300mcg huperzine A, 500mg green tea extract (EGCG) after morning workout.
After week 1 I feel about the same, Maybe a little muscle fullness. Sleep has improved and only a slight increase in appetite.
 
I run it at 12.5mg and reap all the benefits with none of the sides – except some increased hunger. When I was running it higher than that – around 25 mg per day – the lethargy, bloat and hunger cravings were too much. This is one of my favorite compounds.

The fullness I get upping to 25 from 12.5 isn't even close. The trade off is the hunger and lethargy is also two-fold.

It's all depending on how well you can handle the sides of you get them

What about 25mg on workout days and 12,5 on offdays?
