Curious where everyone stands on this now.
A few years ago MK 677 was everywhere. Cheap, oral, solid GH bump, better sleep, crazy appetite, decent fullness. For a lot of guys it was the “entry” compound before touching actual GH.
But now?
We’ve got better peptides, more access to real GH, and newer GLP based drugs dominating the fat loss space. At the same time, more people are talking about insulin resistance, water retention, prolactin issues, and the never ending hunger MK can cause.
So the question is:
Is MK 677 still a useful tool for bulking, recovery and sleep?
Or is it outdated compared to proper GH or newer peptide stacks?
Who’s run it recently in 2025 or 2026?
What did you actually notice beyond water and appetite?
Worth keeping in the toolbox or time to retire it?
