IGF-1 increases can vary quite a bit depending on the person, as not everyone converts GH to IGF-1 at the same rate. I've seen increases which range from about 50 points to 170 points using 12.5-25 mg/day.

A member here posted his levels about a month ago (I can't remember if it was Somatozine or my MA Research MK) and his level was up 150 points (on 25 mg/day). Another guy's level (during the same product) was up 50 points (also 25 mg/day).

So, it varries.

The Chapman et al. study showed pretty rapid desensitization after a week of dosing, but GH output was still elevated.

It seems like looking at other research that at 2 wk, 8wk, 6mo and 12mo that GH output is still elevated (without further desensitization) with 25mg daily dosing, and so is IGF-1, roughly to the same extent (~1.6-1.8fold increases).

I think the question on the podcast was about desensitization, which does seem to occur, but not entirely.

See bold above: I've seen HUGE variances in IGF-1 levels from Somatozine (or MA Research MK, which contains the same MK as Somatozine) in people using the same batch. I've seen increases anywhere from 50 points to 170 points with 12.5-25 mg/day. When the one guy first told me he increased his IGF-1 levels by 170 points I was jealous, as mine only goes up about 100 points at 25 mg/day.
