I started on 20mg two weeks ago and that was killing me. Waking up tired, barely able to muster up the energy to go to the gym. Crazy hunger, almost like hypoglycaemia feeling. Blood sugar levels dropping and ravenous hunger.
I’ve dropped the dose to 10mg pre bed and the tiredness is much less but Aswell as the hunger not being as extreme. Still get the hypo feeling occasionally. But generally better.
Veins are very visible now. Much more so. I love that effect. Did t expect that.
I’m wondering if being on low carbs may be making the side effects more extreme. Maybe carbs need to be higher on MK.
I’m hoping to increase this once the body becomes more accustomed to it. 20mg fingers crossed
