Have only used ALA for GDA purposes. You recommend berberine being better?

I know we are getting off topic, but do you recommend Berberine 30 minutes prior high carb meals, or can it be taken at first bite?

What brand of berberine do you guys use?

I know I switched a few years ago from metformin to berberine. Dr Scott was saying that berberine blunts protein convention (moTar) is it not enough to worry about. Or do u keep it away from training time. I quit using metformin and berberine and only use acv rala cinnamon. But with high dose of hgh it makes not getting the job done

ye isnt that kinda the point of gh causing insulin resistance in fat cells potentially leaving more glucose in the blood ? Might be good to get a few iu slin per meal or better yet some LR3 or somth no?

I read that as well. Body is primed for carbs after intense training anyways so is it best to just not take berberine with the post workout meal?

Just use it away from training. There's no need to use Berb or Met after a workout. Your body is already primed. Everyone overthinks the who berberine/met deal.
