Mk677 and nausea

Just curious if anyone has noticed mk677 helps nausea. I had my gall bladder out 4 yrs ago and ever since I have battled bad nausea. I started mk a month ago nausea is gone and I'm eating as much food as did before I love it. Complete gamer changer. I tired to search the two together but could not find anything
