I know many compounding pharmacies are filling "scripts" for this from TRT/HRT clinics. No clue how they seem to get away with this but not my monkeys not my circus.

They can compound horphan drugs on express request from a clinic (Drugs that are not sold anymore by the pharmaceutical industry for economic reasons but which respond to public health need AND WERE APPROVED FOR HUMAN USE before discontinuation, like nandrolone decanoate). If they do this with Ibutamoren, I'd say it's plain illegal.

It's not a prescription or OTC pharmaceutical drug in any country of the world.

Regarding the OP the main issue I see is COMPLETELY unrealistic expectations of what ANYTHING is going to accomplish in FIVE measly weeks. I don't know about God, but patience sure seems to have died on planet earth these days.
