Both are great if they come from Mike Arnold.

Somatozine has other ingredients that generally speaking are very beneficial and that pretty much everyone should be taking. If you do not want to buy those supplements separately, somatozine is a great option.

Yes from him. Ok was curious ive always just used the liquid n alot ppl say pills not as good. Just from google bs.

His pills work just fine. Mike knows what he’s doing. If it wasn’t effective in capsule form, he wouldn’t make it.

I prefer the caps myself.

Pill has other ingredients that are supposedly good for the MK GH release.
I trust MA regardless. Go with the pills.

It depends. Are you going to put the liquid in your mouth? Just checking.

Liquigels are almost always better for any medication. Timing the other ingredients matter. Yet you may find the differences are so miniscule that the all-in-one ez caps are for you.
