bodyweight lunges three sets, warm ups
leg extension, heavy as I could without pain
lying leg curl, heavy
leg press wide to hit abbuctors, all the way down
incline glut ham, set then with 30 lbs
hack squat- sissy hacks one set,
feet is a bit higher than I used to due to knee injury that happened,
1 plate =10 all the way down,
2 plates parrell or so,
3 plates medium ish 5 reps and closer stance 5 reps,
4 plates same,
5 plates per side, 8 reps, went somewhat deep, medium and close stance
did some posing and recorded. One week out , weight at 211.

Im not ripped as you can see. Ive improved since last week, and still getting leaner , my metabolism seems to have sped up and i've got a week until June 9th competition
