Today was chest after work. Got three meals in, and good numbe of carbs. Training was execellent

Havent been doing incline barbell much bc of injury prevention, been using an incline plate loading press went to 3 plates +10 +5, i would say its about 65 % of what an incline barbell would be. Last year I was doing 235-12x's. 265- 5x's, regardless this is this year and I totally agree with Phil heath on injry prevention and machine

dumbbell decline press, got a spotter to hand me weights 95lbs=10x's havent done these in a while and adding them back in

machine press 230, 250

This nice gym has a fridge so i brought protein pudding and ate it during chest. 60 grams carbs and protein...

then did biceps and triceps supersetted.

My libido has improved dramatically and Im pretty sure its from the L-dopa. Now I know every time I do a moderate or higher dosed dedac cycle, to add in l-dopa to suppress prolactin to have a raging libido
 
Well libido isnt so raging today and I forgot to mention i took a cialis yesterday so that helped.

did cardio last night , riding my mountain bike to the store . also some posing, I do this alot at night either some kind of cardio at gym, or riding my bike to gym, or posing, boxing, shadowboxing

did a shot of 300 deca , 75 mgs test e, 225mgs bold. Took 20 mgs dbol
will take 25 mgs clomid

Today was back. Did this after two meals, after work, got off early:)

Did supported T bar rows with more neutral grip, went as heavy as I could with good form..did three sets,pyramiding weights up, set of 10,10 and 6

in between these did a band pullover type movement

close grip neutral grip lat pulldowns

db row bringing into hip 120 lbs- 2 sets and an extra set for my left side

angled incline lat pulldown

cable underhand row squeezing to hit the lower lat as much as possible

hyperextensions

rack deadlifts wider grip 185-6, 315-5 370-5

weights been fluctuating some and was up to 228-229 and now back down to 226-227
 
Today after work did

did shadowboxing, hitting heavy bag, These partial type squats on the medicine ball 20 reps 3-4 sets. I've had difficulty going all the way down in the squat position and will be incorporating these in my physical therapy sessions and warm up before leg training

did abs

3 sets of crunches first set ike 20-30 reps. burn. then 30 lbs- 20 reps, then 50 lbs -15 reps

reverse leg raises to where it hits the abs three sets on one with close, medium and wide legs apart. then a tricep bar attached to feet and rest paused something like 7-3, then again 7-3

then did cardio 10 minutes at a good intensity getting my heart-rate up.

For a no weights day, I killed it.

did hcg shot 250 iu's. and 25 mgs clomid
 
Today did calves after meal one

seated calves

5 sets pyrmaiding up in weight, last set was a static hold, heaviest ive gone in a while

*stretching between sets*

leg press calve raises one foot at a time. same thing pyramiding up in weight and last set did a staic did five sets. Strained my right calve , as went too far down . its not too bad though.

ate a big meal with family

did shoulders

today was 93 degrees so wore a shirt that showed arms and shoulders, looked great

standing bent over db 25lbs, 40 lbs, 50 lbs, 60 lbs
bent over cable laterals 15 lbs=10, 25 lbs-10, 35 lbs-10 (cheating it up a bit )
seated arnold then db press 20 lbs-10, 40 lbs-10, 50 lbs-10 I dont push these I do these slow and controlled with very little straining
standing kettlebell front raises 20 lbs=10, 35 lbs-10
kneeling side lateral machine , 3 sets until it was difficult
seated side db partial laterals 80lbs-10, 105 lbs-8

I live close by, went home and got my already made protein pudding 50 grams protein , 70 grams carbs

did arms supersetted biceps and triceps. went the heaviest I went for a whole on one arm cable pushdowns 60 lbs, and seated db hammer curls 60 lbs-8x's did a lot of volume hardly ever stopping bac and forth for 30 minutes or more

took 30 mgs dbol today 10 before calves and 20 before shoulders

Took a cialis last night. it worked for a little while this morning. Right now not working, it could be many factors though, psychological, the fact that I have no girlfriend, and could be the 600 mgs weekly dose of deca as from previous deca use deca seems to mess with my libido.

Today was upper legs

Did warmups, mobilty stuff, bike ride 10 minutes, mid squats 23 sets 200 reps.

leg extensions and seated hammie curls supersetted for 5 sets or so
seated leg curl, pyramiding up, went heavy
leg press 4 plates and 10= 10 wide standce, 4 plates and 10- 10 close stance
incline glute ham raises-5,5
cable squts , after warmup 400 lbs-10, 10
standing leg curls the full stack once after warmup
old skool barbell hack squat variation I feel in my hammies

weight is 230 lbs. Waist could be tighter , that said not eating a hole lot like I have in the past, muscle seems to slowly be coming on.

-cable pull ins working up to heavier set
-one arm reverse cable station to hit lower lats, did a few sets working up in weight until couldn't do anymore.
-T bar rows worked up in weight to 4(35's) and 5(25's) =didnt count maybe 10 reps
-machine hammer strength rows for squeeze 35+25=10
-Lat pulldown machine, forget which name 250lbs= i forget great stretch in lats
-cable rows -heavy
-one arm cable rows underhand focusing on lower lat squeeze-5
-rack deadlifts 365-5x's after warmups
-assisted pullup, pullup-5, and a hanging stretch

bike ride 20 minutes , and abs 5 sets. Body said to stop so I listened.

Last night I was so exhausted I just layed in the recliner, , slept, and just layed there, and couldn't get up so my nervous system is being hit hard

Ive put on some muscle. Strength has gone up. Ive still got some things to improve upon as im still figuring out this gym with the help of fellow gym buddies

today was an off day

did 30 minutes low state cardio riding my mountain bike around town. Also went in gym and did thirty minutes of posing in the mirros holding the poses. Im quite out of shape for the stage, however its still nice to watch my muscles get harder as I pose and try different moves, see how it appears.

Last night I ended up posing about 45 minutes non-stop just holding poses, sucking in stomach, trying different angles, and seeing what looks best.

Today I woke up with a sore throat and spitting on sore flem. I did that a while at work.i think its from the air conditioner in my room blowing on me, so I tried something different. Been megadosing l glutamine as this seems to work quite well for boosting my immune response, when immune system seems down.

switched pec deca bc that movement didnt feel quite right 165lbs-8

Thats it. I think its best I train after two meals however with my work schedule I would probally benefit if I got up earlier , hit a meal and a shake then hit the gym. By the time I get off work, and I hope im wrong, performance seems to decline bc been on my feet on day, and while its not ohysical intense work, its for sure physical.

Hindsight is 20/20 but looking back as this is close to ending I would have done 150 mgs test, 150 mgs deca, 150 mgs eq per shot twice a week. I feel I didnt need as much as I did. In addition the 600 mgs deca weekly seemed to effect libido so Im glad Ive learned for my body , esp with 150-300 test weekly , and 300 mgs eq that is too high a dose of deca. I started with 30 mgs dbol and reduced to 20 mgs. clomid 25 mgs , no estrogen issues.

I know some say that deca and eq needs to be run longer and this one will be seven weeks max, maybe shorter. Again, in four days itll be six weeks since I did my first shot.

I have to cut this short to go to my urologist and health is more important than gains right now so a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do , if it it means cutting gains short. I can always do another cycle another time.

one of the main things I wanted to bring up was chest strength and didnt happen. This gym doesnt have a good decline bench , its akward to say the least and I love this movement. Ill keep trying though until I figure something out. I replaced barbell incline with a incline press bc joints were hurting so its difficult to measure when starting a new machine bc strength goes up bc its new. Im keeping trying

weight is 230lbs. It seems I gained some of the most gains in legs(no surprise here ive had an injury and started leg pressing again and legs have always blew up somewhat easily) arms have maybe made some gains which im happy with, Traps look a little bigger. Shoulders maybe, maybe chest, back back, maybe calves.

Ill try and get some pictures up in the next week or two. This coming tuesday will be six weeks at these different doses i've experienced with in this log. The pictures hopefully will show gains
