Neorelin - Modified GRF 1-29 (CJC-1295 w/o DAC) Modified GRF 1-29 profile: MOD GRF 1-29 peptide, is derived of human growth releasing factor hGRF(1-29). Modified Sermorelin (MOD GRF 1-29) peptide is a synthetic human GHRH analogue similar to CJC1295, however, without drug affinity complex (DAC). Modified GRF 1-29 peptide is modified of hGRF with D-Ala, Gln, Ala, and Leu substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 respectively. These CJC-1295 peptide modifications results in much more stable and effective version of hGRF. Neorelin (MOD GRF 1-29) acts longer than Sermorelin (GRF 1-29) and results in slightly stronger HGH release pulse. However, unlike Sermorelin (GRF 1-29) it's structure is not native to the primate body and may have reduced effectiveness over time in some cases. Description: 3.2 kDa peptide containing 29 amino acid residues. Tyr-D-Ala-Asp-Ala-Ile-Phe-Thr-Gln-Ser-Tyr-Arg-Lys-Val-Leu-Ala-Gln-Leu-Ser-Ala-Arg-Lys-Leu-Leu-Gln-Asp-Ile-Leu-Ser-Arg-NH2 Synonyms: Modified GRF 1-29, MOD GRF 1-29, CJC-1295 without the DAC, Modified Sermorelin and Neorelin Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Specificity: The amino acid sequence of the neorelin is a modifed version of sermorelin, which is a fragment version of naturally occuring GHRH. Therefore, neorelin has an affinity for GHRH receptor. Purity: >98.6% (HPLC analyzed). Solubility: Add 1 ml of sterile diluent and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Stability: Store lyophilized peptide at -20 °C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted peptide can be stored at 4 °C for a limited period of time. The lyophilized peptide remains stable until the expiry date when stored at -20 °C. Source: Biosynthesis Usage: Product is prepared for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used for other purposes
